 The lab is located at the Longwood campus of Harvard Medical School, the primary location for basic science research at HMS. The Longwood campus is accessible from the subway, via either the Green "D" or "E" lines. More maps are posted on the HMS main page.  This places us within shouting distance of five other basic science departments:  Cell Biology Genetics Systems Biology Biological Chemistry & Molecular Pharmacology Microbiology & Molecular Genetics Within the Department of Neurobiology, we are surrounded by colleagues with complementary research interests, including synaptic and cellular electrophysiology, sensory systems physiology, and gene expression.  Many other Harvard colleagues in neurobiology or systems biology are located at the Cambridge campus of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology and the Center for Brain Science. The Longwood and Cambridge campuses are linked by a shuttlebus. |
